LOVE ECHO is named for intentional sounds that change or maintain a frequency. I hope to use my voice to create a LOVE ECHO. 

It is a wine project I do in collaboration with the Commonwealth Crush incubator down in Virginia. 

We have collaborated on 3 expressions that are released as harvest conditions allow. 

  • LOVE ECHO still white

    Petite Manseng + Vidal Blanc

    Fermented on native yeasts

    A platform for happy, climate-appropriate grapes and the beauty they can create. This wine is tense and textured, evolving in the glass. It wraps around spiced foods like a blanket.

  • LOVE ECHO sparkling magenta

    Concord + Niagara 

    Fermented with native yeasts Fermentation finished in the bottle

    Two of my favorite heritage American grapes combine to express joy and childlike laughter.

  • LOVE ECHO sparkling paw paw

    Petit Manseng + white hybrid grapes Fermented using native yeasts  Infused with wild-foraged paw paw (thanks, Ben!) Fermentation finished in the bottle 

    Paw paw is the only tropical fruit native to the US. It reminds me of a banana crossed with a mango.
